European Torte with Paradox Pastry

Join Jenny Peterson from Paradox Pastry as she teaches us how to make a delicious layered European Torte,

just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Almond Dacquoise, Raspberry Mousseline Buttercream and Chocolate Ganache, and then finished with a chocolate/gold leaf garnish.

Students will make a small, individual torte to take home with them. This will be a hands on class.
