Vegan Cooking Mediterranean Style

Sunday, June 26th  5-6:30pm $40 per person. Ingrid Berger is a personal chef, caterer & cooking teacher in Charlottesville. Many of her clients request vegan dishes, and in this class she shares dishes with Mediterranean Diet influences including some plant-based proteins essential to healthy vegan eating! A variety of produce will be sourced from our farmer’s markets. (This menu is also gluten-free.) Menu: Dark, Leafy Greens Sauteed with Garlic, Chickpeas, Almonds & Chili Flake.
